This is a really snazzy kit (at 1/225 scale, I think, makinging it a foot long or more). Every build up of this kit I've seen has been gorgeous - if you can get a copy of Kalmbach's Building and Detailing Model ships it has a lot of pictures of it. Another you might consider is Iron Shipwrights Maine at 1/350, but its expensive. I've heard of someone doing a HMS Dreadnought but I'm not sure who. << I too saw some of those marvelous buildups of the Oregon. I bought one and started it.......boom, right into the purgatory of unfinished models that I will get around to when I am really feeling masochistic. There wasn't anything I touched on that thing that didn't need MASSIVE amounts of reworking, it was just too much! It may be the only game in town but I'm not sure it's worth it!!!!
