Javier Hueso and William Luther have been added to the Mainbrace Gallery (welcome!) while Bob Santos, David Griffith, Frank O'Neil and Mark McKeller have sent in what they've been working on lately. For more model gazing/inspiration there are some photos from QMHE 2004 while looking at the photos from SMMLcon Phoenix 2004 shows that ship modellers are strangely alike - it's that fanatical gleam in their eye, I think. Rui Matos has sent in some photos for the Reference pages of the Riachuelo - an Oberon class submarine Plus Archives Added 2582 - 2618 Cheers Mistress Lorna http//smmlonline.com PS Now that the Queen Mary II is out - what liner would everyone choose to be next? Possibly not everyone's first choice, I'd like one of the "Strath" liners that P & O ran from England to Australia in any scale. There's a vote in the background for the "poofter chook" though ;-) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- TRADERS, ANNOUNCEMENTS & NOTICEBOARD ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) From SANDLE Hobbies Subject Airfix 1/600 Queen Mary 2, Tamiya and Trumpeter ship kits Hi all, The Airfix Queen Mary 2 has berthed here at SANDLE and is looking bloody excellent - I already have mine put aside for future building (whenever that may be, before the wags start in on me). We should also be getting our first stocks of Tamiya ship kits early next week and Trumpeter not long after that.
