The other company Flightpath I have never heard of. I am at present working on a 1/72nd scale Four stack destroyer the hull comes from Sirmar. George Peat BEM, Secretary TF72/UK ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) From "David N. Lombard" Subject On Photo Etch The latest Micro-Mark catalog has a DIY PE kit; I'll definitely try this out. On the same subject, I'm really happy with the Hold and Fold from There's a UK manufacturer of this item too. David N. I have yet to start any building. I seel that the Sirmar stuff is certainly NOT as good as the Small Ships range BUT then they are cheaper!! I will have a look at the I wouls be interested to hear you are going when you get started. I wll buy the Anatomy of a ship 'Agissa"? book before I start though. I have just moved to Mudgee In country NSW, where are you? Regards Peter ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5) From "David T. Okamura" Subject Re Liner kits I'd like to see, etc I'd love to see a 1700 waterline series of famous passenger liners in styrene. 11200 doesn't quite capture all the detail. Regardless of scale, there are certain liners that should be modeled. For disaster fans, Andrea Doria, Morro Castle and Achille Lauro certainly have appeal. The Italian Blue Riband holder Rex was also a beautiful ship. And a personal favorite is the Matson liner Lurline. David T.
