If you are doing a Lionfish, there are also a number of vendors (Iron Bottom Sound for Guppy parts, Nautilus Models for fleet submarine conning towers) that manufacture nice upgrades. In larger scale (i.e., R/C submarine size), there is Ships 'N Things (http//www.shipsnthings.com/indexNS.htm), with a range of fittings. There are several additional vendors. I know you said scale is not important, but it is important when trying to give you leads. Tom Dougherty ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) From "Gregory Turek" Subject revell dynamic u-boat Thanks to John Reid for advice on model boat article. Managed to buy this mag at Hobbyco, a large hobby store in downtown Sydney. Interesting article, however I really want to control depth with water ballast via pump. I'm at the final stages of sealing the mech inside hull with small access panel for battery charging. Inside hull I've fitted PVC tube as ballast tank with graupner 12volt pump to control water movement in and out of tank. If anyones interested can give detailed description and progress details. Apologies to members of the group who are awaiting their copy of the magazine (in pdf format) but I am currently experiencing problems with my e-mail system - my ISP appears to have mislaid my entire e-mail address book!
