Vertical Surfaces

Paint all exposed vertical surfaces a pattern of 

Light Gray 5-L.
Ocean Gray 5-O.
Black 

Horizontal Surfaces

Paint all decks and horizontal surfaces a pattern of 

Deck Blue, 20-B.
Ocean Gray 5-O.

In enamels your only choice is the White Ensign Colourcoat line of 
paints.

In acrylics,  PollyScale makes some naval colors which are close, but 
not exact matches.   Also the Testors Acryl II line of marine paint 
colors.  These paints are matched to the same standards as the WEM 
paints.  Buy them now because Testors is removing them from 
production.
