USS Cassin Young

This kit is the old Lindberg USS Melvin, a.k.a. Blue Devil Destroyer. It has been configured to a post war ASW Fletcher by adding hedgehog launchers, upgrading the AA suite, and adding a tripod mast. Also numerous other alterations were performed to make the model look like the actual ship, which is berthed here in Boston.
