Well, after last year's great day we decided once again to drive up into the Blue Mountains outside of Sydney to see the folks at Task Force 72's Annual Regatta and Sailpast. This year there was better weather (as you can see in the photos) and some very interesting models were afloat. A few of these models are also rigged for night sailing and it was certainly something to see them running under lights.

A very enjoyable day - especially if you stay for dinner with the friendly TF 72 crowd. They really know how to make you welcome.

If you are into RC models, we can both recommend membership in Task Force 72 - they are a fun crowd with a remarkable amount of knowledge both on RC and ship modelling in general.
