| These shots were taken from the deck of the USS Niagara Falls (AFS-3) during the transit from Sydney to Auckland on 10/25/1978. While the Falls primary items for replenishment were food items we were able to provide a limited amount of fuel. This was one of our rather rare opportunities to practice doing a fuel transfer. | |
