It follows the standard formula established by Conway for this series with history,
specifications, photos and most importantly drawings.
The strenghth of this book lies in the plans and drawings which show virtually
every aspect of HMS Victorious during her career. They consist of line drawings,
armament, radar, aircarft etc. The plans and drawings will keep the modeller
busy with superdetailing their models.
If I had to make one criticism, it would be that the inclusion of more photos
would be desirable to complement the excellent plans and drawings
If you ever want to do a model of HMS Victorious or are interested in her, this book is a must for you. Ross Watton has done an excellent job and I recommend this book highly.
